Laila Gatts a Minnesota native has joined the Touchpoint team as our Director of Retail Projects. With a degree in architectural design, she brings 13 years of retail, entertainment, hospitality, and residential design and construction experience. She has worked on national and international design and honed her organizational skills in the unforgiving world of retail rollout. Her retail portfolio includes; Best Buy, Brunswick, Good Feet, Home Depot, Life Fitness, and Sears When she’s not thinking about our latest projects, she spends time with her beautiful 8 year old son Aiden and enjoys photography and travel.

Ashley Duale

Designer

Ashley is a designer and an active member of the Minneapolis + St. Paul Chapter, Retail Design Institute. Ashley thoroughly enjoys working in the retail design industry where opportunities arise through problem solving, developing strategies, and designing creatively for the client. She has been in collaboration with the design team on various big box retail and medical retail projects. Her involvement includes branded concepts, content organization, space planning and material palettes. Ashley earned her B.F.A in Interior Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art (CIA).

Nicole Dahl

Nicole grew up in the great land of Wisconsin where she held her home-town title of Ms. Congeniality. After the congenial bit, Nicole moved to Minneapolis to study art at the University of Minnesota and later pursued a degree in interior design. In her three years with Touchpoint, Nicole has become a master 3D modeler and oversees all of the project renderings. Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys volunteering with children at a local non-profit and getting her hands dirty creating art.
