Touchpoint develops experiences for patients and customers in the health care industry. We look at every aspect of the patient's journey, whether it is delivering a mobile clinic to a region with limited care access, shopping for products to ease the difficulties of cancer treatment, or providing entertainment directly to a patient's room. We brand, design, build and implement solutions from ideation through the grand opening and beyond. The following provides a brief overview of our telemedicine system and a peek at our medical retail intiatives.

The Jane Brattain Boutique at Park Nicollet is a warm and inviting environment that was designed specifically for breast cancer patients, their friends and family. The retail experience is supportive and sensitive of each customers story while providing merchandise and accessories that help to augment their daily medical and wellness needs.

The Stat retail system is the future generation of the hospital gift shop. This traditional retail experience is enhanced by implementing a contemporary, uplifting environment which offers customers and hospital staff an exclusive, positive experience. Product offerings and merchandise are tailored to reflect the brand message while providing unique and desirable items that are not typical of traditional medical retail. To enhance the hospital/clinic experience, an in-room fulfillment system has been developed to enhance the hospital/clinic experience for patients who cannot visit the store. Patients are able to browse the store’s offerings and order from their rooms.

Saint Luke’s Health System, a Missouri based care facility, is dedicated to providing a world-class experience for their patients, staff, and community. Together with Touchpoint’s team of design innovators, we customized a retail experience that immerses the healthcare customer into a beautiful, contemporary environment with clean lines and soft shapes that will never be referred to as ‘the gift shop’. We feel the key to the future of medical retail is transforming the selling environment into a holistic patient experience that works collectively within the medical environment, but celebrates the polish of retail.
